Service Description

IAH Studio invites prospective students to register for a FREE 30 minute introductory lesson--giving students a sense of IAH Studio's unique teaching process, an overview of how lessons progress and the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns before beginning lessons.

Cancellation Policy

Students must cancel lessons by phone or email with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations are considered excused for illness, family emergency or severe weather (public school closures). Only 3 excused cancellations will be allowed per academic semester (Every 4 months). Excused cancellations with sufficient notification will be given a make-up lesson within the month. If a student cannot attend a scheduled make-up lesson, the lesson will be considered forfeited. After 3 excused cancellations, further cancelled lessons will be considered forfeited and will not be given make-up lessons. No-shows or cancellations without sufficient notification will not be given make-up lessons. Lessons missed by the student with or without notice will not be refunded for any reason. Lessons cancelled by the teacher, due to illness, family emergency or performance engagements, will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or credit will be given towards next month's tuition. If a student cancels or misses a scheduled make-up lesson, then it will not be rescheduled.
