Since 2018, IAH Studio has built a vibrant platform dedicated to advancing string musicianship, artistry, and representation. Centering the voices and creativity of BIPOC string musicians, we continue to shape the future of string music through performance, culturally grounded education, and community-driven programs.
Our new website launches Spring 2026 — explore below to learn more.
We’re evolving — but our mission stays the same. Check out some of the services that have shaped IAH Studio and will continue to grow in new, more streamlined and innovative ways in 2026. From accessible learning opportunities to live events and creative collaborations, we’re deepening how string musicians and audiences connect through culture, craft, and community.
The Studio offers meaningful entry points into string music for learners of all ages. For too long, access to high-quality string education has depended on proximity, privilege, and affordability. With an emphasis on cultural relevance, strong fundamentals, and artistic expression, our offerings and materials reflect the diversity and creativity of the communities we serve.
Witness Artistry in Action. IAH Studio produces public events that amplify the presence and excellence of professional BIPOC string performers. From concert halls and cultural institutions to community venues and nontraditional spaces, our programs invite new audiences to experience the full creative power of string performance today.
IAH Studio connects accomplished string musicians with clients seeking high-quality artistry for a wide range of events and programs. Our roster includes experienced performers, educators, and facilitators available for private events, studio sessions, guest workshops, lectures/artist talks, school residencies, and community-based programming.
IAH Studio welcomes mission-aligned partners, organizations, and creatives to build meaningful collaborations that center community, culture, and string music. Whether you’re interested in co-producing an event, developing arts programming, or creating something entirely new, we’re always open to dynamic, purpose-driven partnerships.
